Review:
A good book that cuts through the fad
diets (including Atkins) with
no-nonsense information about what in
food is good for you, how your body
processes different kinds of food and
how to properly balance your diet. You
needn't be scared that you'll be told to
forego everything you enjoy, and you
might find a few surprises that some of
the foods you like might be better for
you than you thought!
It doesn't hurt that Dr. Weil is also a
very attractive bear either. :-)
(No we don't know if he's taking
patients...)
