Review:
John Goodman with a van dyke. Need we say more?
Sam Elliott acts as the narrator. Jeff Bridges
has a beard throughout the movie. Another bear
is one of the bowlers, James G. Hoosier (who
I swear I've seen somewhere else).

Review:
Wally is your typical womanizer - but its great
to see a bearish figure (someone who was
not
represented too much in noir cinema) take
on a
role that was commonly reserved for the
Bogarts.

Review:
This movie made little noise at the box
office, and is not currently available
commercially in the US, but you can usually
track down VHS copies on Ebay or Amazon
Auctions. It's worth the hunt!
The movie is a B/W adaptation of Charles
Willeford's novel starring Patrick Warburton
(Seinfeld, The Tick, numerous TV
commercials). The movie features
numerous shirtless shots of the gloriously
furry-chested Warburton. The movie is odd
& quirky, and may not appeal to everyone,
but you may still enjoy watching it with the
sound off!
