Review:
Udo Samel not only plays a super woofy detective, but a gay super woofy detective on the hunt for a deadly rubber. It may be low budget, but it's damn cool low budget. Oh, and be on the lookout for a woofy man in some unfortunate drag. It's in German, but it's subtitled.
